Winter Tips from Stretch Love Yoga

It has been so cold this past week that we thought we’d share a little winter tip. When the cold puts you into a deep freeze, practice¬†heart¬†opening to energize you. Heart openers and back bends really energize the body and get the blood flowing. A really awesome result is that it warms your body, try it out!
