Private Online Yoga Class 1 hour $60
Group Online Yoga Class 1 hour $60 base + $5/person
Online Flexibility Assessment 1 hour $197*
Class Descriptions:
Private Online Yoga Class - Will be done over video call. These classes are all about you, whatever you would like to work on, I'm here to help! I can flow along with you to give you a sense of community or I can watch you flow to help tweak your form. Your comfort is my priority!
Group Online Yoga Class - Will be done over video call. These classes can be more economical if you have a group of friends or family whom you would like to practice with. I'll always ask if there is anything your group would like to work on and tailor the class around that. Once again I can flow with you if you want to follow along with me, or I can watch you and give suggestions on your form.
Online Flexibility Assessments - Will be done over video call. These classes are a lot more focused and specialized! You'll let me know if there is a particular pose you're hoping to work on and I will get you to do a variety of poses to see where your flexibility is currently at.
*The price includes the video replay of our session so you can rewatch it anytime, my notes that I will be taking during the session, as well as my suggestions and a plan to improve your flexibility.
